Weekly Coaching Programs
You will meet with your coach once a week, at the same time and on the same day, for seventy-five minutes.
During each meeting, you will discuss your specific business goals and identify any obstacles that might prevent you from achieving your goals. By the end of each meeting you will have specific, written action steps that you can accomplish within the next seven days (prior to your next coaching session). Your coach will occasionally take action steps on your behalf as well.
You and your coach will each maintain a binder to track your movement in a straight line toward your goals. The binder will also to be used as an accountability tool to make sure your objectives are met along the way. During the week you will have unlimited e-mail and telephone access to your coach.
